Miss a run by not wearing your Nike+ sensor? Or has your Nike+ sensor stopped part way through a run?? Or is your Nike+ reading for your run way out compared to your more accurate Garmin reading for that activity?
If you have a Garmin, you can upload your activity from the Garmin file it’s saved as, onto your nike plus account.
All you do is go here:
http://awsmithson.com/tcx2nikeplus/
Then enter the Garmin Activity ID:
For this one below, the ID is 75102901
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/75102901
And enter your Nike + login details, then click Convert & Upload
If you use Nike + to log your totals, you might agree this is pretty clever. It just transfers the file onto your Nike+ account.
You can also delete the sometimes inaccurate Nike+ activities on Nike+ once you’ve replaced them with the more accurate Garmin activities.

Hello there,
I wonder if this software still works?
I am planning on getting my forerunner 210 soon!! Thanks so much!
Hi, it still works yep. It works for my 405 and my 610 I recently got. The site says it *should* work for all Garmin GPS devices (although it’s only been tested on a few models) so you should be ok. Sometimes it does come up with errors as there can be an issue with Nike+, but if you just perservere it works brilliantly.
